The purpose of this study is to identify research trends and derive implications through an integrated literature review on research on career success of female workers. To this end, the literature was searched and reviewed step by step, and 33 papers were selected for analysis. The results are as follows. First, research on career success of female workers showed a tendency to gradually increase, and the number increased significantly after the Women Managers' Panel Survey began in 2007. Second, as a result of analyzing journal trends, research was being conducted in various fields. Third, the research subjects were limited to workers in the organization. It is necessary to expand the research subjects to freelancers and private businesses. Fourth, most of the research methods were quantitative research. Fifth, as for the analysis data, the frequency of use of primary data was high at the beginning and secondary data was recently. Sixth, as for the measurement tool and sub-factor, Greenhaus et al.'s career satisfaction and Johnson's employability were most often used. Seventh, most of the perspectives of career success were measured only by measuring subjective career success or by mixing the two concepts. There was only one study that measured objective career success. Finally, a comprehensive model of quantitative research related to career success was presented.
