´Ù±¹¾î ÃÊ·Ï (Multilingual Abstract)
The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of quantitative research on positive psychological capital for airline flight attendants in Korea to identify the trends of research so far and to present future directions. Through this process, it was intended to present practical implications for the development of human resources for airline flight attendants. To this end, a total of 22 domestic academic journals were collected and analyzed over the past 11 years from 2012 to 2022. The research period, subject word, measurement tool, and sub-factors of the entire analysis target literature were analyzed, and the role of the variable called positive psychological capital was identified by examining the relationship between variables, and an integrated model was presented. The analysis results are as follows. First, domestic quantitative research on positive psychological capital for airline flight attendants has been steadily increasing since 2012. Second, the subject word was often studied along with negative variables such as emotional labor and turnover intention. Third, rather than using the original question as it is, the measurement tool was often studied by modifying only some questions according to the purpose of the researcher. Fourth, in terms of the role of variables, 10 studies were used as mediating variables, 7 studies were used as independent variables, and 5 studies were used as regulatory variables. No studies were found used as dependent variables. Finally, in order to clarify the relationship between variables, an integrated model for the relationship between variables was presented.
