´Ù±¹¾î ÃÊ·Ï (Multilingual Abstract)
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of perceived career barrier factors on subjective career success of office professionals, focusing on the moderated effect of protean career attitude. Based on the survey responses from 185 office professionals multivariate and moderated regression analysis were conducted. The summary of results of this study is as follows: The individual characteristic barrier showed a significant negative impact on all sub-factors of subjective career success. The organizational characteristic barrier showed a significant negative impact on career satisfaction, and the social characteristic barrier showed a significant negative impact on employability. The value-driven attitude showed a significant moderating effect in the relationship between the office professionals¡¯ perceived social characteristic barrier and employability, and the self-initiated attitude showed a significant moderating effect in the relationship between the office professionals¡¯ perceived individual characteristic barrier and employability. It is recommended that office professionals develop value-driven attitude and self-initiated attitude to overcome anxiety about future career and employability caused by individual and social haracteristic barriers. The results of this study could be used as basic resources to develop programs and social policies to support office professionals to manage career barriers and to improve protean career attitude for their career success.
